UAE compliance

E-invoicing is coming. Get ready before the deadline, not after the penalty.

Businesses under AED 50M revenue must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 31 March 2027 and go live on 1 July 2027. Late compliance can cost up to AED 5,000 a month.

What is changing

01

Invoices go through an accredited provider

Instead of emailing a PDF, B2B invoices are sent in a structured format through an Accredited Service Provider on the Peppol network (PINT AE).

02

B2B and B2G are in scope first

Invoices between businesses and to government are covered. Consumer (B2C) invoices are outside the first phase.

03

Clean data becomes mandatory

TRNs, customer details and item data must be correct, or invoices are rejected.

Questions we hear often

What is an Accredited Service Provider (ASP)?

A company approved by the UAE authorities to send and receive e-invoices on your behalf through the Peppol network. Every in-scope business must appoint one.

Do we need new accounting software?

Not always. Many systems can be connected to an ASP. We only recommend migration if your current system cannot comply reliably.

Are you an Accredited Service Provider?

No. We help you choose an ASP, prepare your data and connect your system to it. The ASP transmits the invoices.
