Owner, Manager and Cashier roles, discount limits and a log of refunds, cancellations and discounts.
UAE rules built in
- Prices include VAT, so customers pay exactly the shelf price.
- VAT can be switched off below the AED 375,000 threshold, and then it prints a Receipt, not a Tax Invoice.
- Receipts carry the tax invoice fields in English and Arabic.
- Dates follow UAE time, whatever the computer clock says.
- Optional cash rounding only rounds down to the nearest 25 fils, in the customer’s favour. Cards stay exact.

Questions we hear often
Do my staff need training?
The till is built so staff can use it with no training. We still walk your team through it on day one.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen switches between English and Arabic, and receipts print in both.
Does it connect to my card machine or delivery apps?
Take the card on your bank’s terminal, then press Card in Oasis. Delivery platforms are kept as accounts so you can track payouts; orders are not pulled in automatically.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Oasis runs on a PC in your shop, so the till does not depend on the internet. Tablets and phones reach it over the shop Wi-Fi, so keep that PC on and backed up.
